University of Twente
On 12&13 May 2009, the University of Twente will host the third Philosophers’ Rally on its campus near Enschede, The Netherlands. This year’s Philosophers’ Rally is organized by students from the master program ‘Philosophy of Science, Technology & Society’, which is connected to 3TU.Ethics. 3TU.Ethics is also one of the sponsors of the event.
The Philosophers’ Rally is a two-day conference that offers advanced and beginner researchers in philosophy the opportunity to present their theses. Through discussion with a varied audience of students, established philosophers and fellow researchers, they will receive feedback on their ideas and approaches. Speakers will give a forty-five minute session, which includes a ten to fifteen minute discussion.
